All About Masks

Many of us would be thinking that which mask should we wear to shield ourselves and as well as others. So let's discuss on this topic today.

First of all, I will inform you about the types of masks:

First is the Surgical Mask which is very cheap. We can use it ones and throw it.

The second variety of mask is N95 mask which are of 2 types:

The first type of N95 mask is with the valve. Now, what is a valve? So the valve is a button like structure on a mask which helps us in exhaling easy.

Following is an N95 mask without a valve. It is a proper mask with 5 layers but no valve is there so it will be a bit difficult for you to breathe.

Which mask to wear out of these? 

I would say that a surgical mask needs to be change very frequently so if you can do that then it is a good option otherwise go for a N95. 

If you are not going out frequently then the N95 mask without valve is the best option. 

Many of you would be thinking that why not a N95 with a valve? It's because a N95 is only guarding you not the person standing adjacent to you because it assists you to breathe out easily but if you are infected then some chances are there that you infect others as well.

I can give you effective advice that if you are wearing a N95 with a valve then make sure you are there with a face shield.
